Regarding Barcoding system is not well in Marina Mall Carrefour Hyper market. That’s so badly Customer feel mockery and making fool by Carrefour staff. Example: last Thursday 18-10-12 and Friday 19-10-2012 I visit and I buy Haldyram snack……..Khatta Mitha……Packet and when I reach counter staff say no barcoding and we cannot sale. What joking?.....last two days no time to implemented one bar code? Thursday I inform to make sure and Friday also same……so, better I feel Carrefoure staff by force to avoide coustomeer to go any where else not buy from careefore….. Please requesting to make sure to each good and specially Indian Stuff like Snacks is barcoded. Hope you will do needful….. I am holding Carrefour My Club # 9178441703540289

Carrefour should not call themselves a hypermarket – there are many goods you cannot find there. I often shop in Carrefour at the Marina Mall and I can tell you that I cannot find many basic food products there. The offering of soft drinks is limited and also when it comes to vegetables, the store offering (now I am limiting myself to the Marina Mall location) is pathetic. I would suggest to Carrefour’s management to take a better look at what they are selling and to adjust their product pallet to what the customer actually wants and needs. This will certainly help the company sell more products which in turn may help Carrefour make better profits. That is your goal Carrefour, is not it?
